Production & Shipping

Every Aurenzio product is carefully selected and manufactured with a focus on fitment, quality, and refined design. Since many of our products are produced specifically for each order and vehicle application, fulfillment times may vary depending on the item selected.

Smaller items, such as mirror caps, trim pieces, and select accessories, are typically shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

Larger products, including front lips, side skirts, diffusers, hoods, trunks, and complete body kit packages, generally require 4 to 6 weeks for production and delivery.

We always do our best to stay within these estimated timeframes, but occasional delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, quality inspections, shipping carriers, customs clearance, or other circumstances outside of our control. We will keep you updated throughout the fulfillment process so you know the status of your order.

Returns & Damaged Items

We highly recommend all Aurenzio products must be professionally installed. Minor adjustments may be necessary to achieve proper fitment. We strongly recommend test-fitting all products before proceeding with installation. Any item that has been installed, modified, or damaged is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

All carbon fiber and exterior components are handcrafted, making each piece unique. Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, minor cosmetic variations may occur, including slight irregularities in the carbon fiber weave, small air bubbles, or minor clear coat imperfections. These characteristics are considered normal and are not classified as manufacturing defects.

Carbon fiber products may experience clear coat fading or discoloration over time due to exposure to sunlight, weather conditions, and maintenance practices. Such changes are a natural result of environmental exposure and are not considered manufacturing defects.
