SECTION 20 - ORDER ACCEPTANCE TERMS
By placing an order at aurenzio.com, the customer agrees to the following:

  • Custom items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled after 1 hour.

  • In-stock orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours or once shipped.

  • Returns are not accepted for used, installed, painted, or damaged items. Items must be returned in original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product based on provided fitment tools.

  • Aurenzio is not liable for damage during installation unless explicitly performed or covered by us.

  • Custom product images may vary slightly; a 5–10% variation is acceptable. Major differences will be handled case-by-case.

  • All returns must be initiated at returns.aurenzio.com and require approval before shipping back.

  • Aurenzio is not responsible for lost return shipments without tracking.

  • Aurenzio reserves the right to report any fraudulent payment activity to local authorities.

  • Custom products may take 2–3 weeks to ship, occasionally up to 6 weeks.

  • Delays may occur if the customer does not respond to communications.

  • Approved returns may incur a 25% restocking fee.
