πŸ”Β Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, all items must be:

  • In original condition

  • Unused, uninstalled, and unmodified

  • Returned in original packaging with proof of purchase

All approved returns are eligible for store credit, exchange, or partial refund, minus a 25% restocking fee.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We will deduct return shipping from your total store credit if you request a return label from us.

Returns will not be accepted for any product that has been:

  • Installed

  • Used or damaged

  • Painted, modified, or altered in any way

Additionally, custom-built or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to:
Steering wheels, grilles, diffusers, front lips, side skirts, exhaust tips, DRL modules, CarPlay systems, headlights, taillights, spoilers, mirror caps, hood/trunk components, interior trim, engine parts, etc.

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted. Photos and/or videos of the product’s condition may be required.


🚫 Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it:

Orders placed before 4 PM PST may be processed quickly β€” once your item ships or is prepared, cancellation is no longer possible.
If the order has shipped, the return process must be followed and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Custom products cannot be canceled after the 1-hour window.


πŸ”§ Damaged / Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if anything is wrong (damaged, defective, incorrect item, etc.).

Note:

  • Professional installation is strongly recommended

  • Aurenzio is not responsible for installation costs, personal injury, or vehicle damage

  • Any shipping damage claims must be supported by photo/video evidence


πŸ” Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item:

  1. Start a return for the original product

  2. Place a new order for the replacement item

If we sent the wrong item, we’ll cover the return and replacement shipping. For incorrect fitment caused by the buyer, exchanges are only allowed if the product is still in stock and non-custom.


πŸ’΅ Refunds

Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items.
If approved, a refund (minus restocking fees) will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank.

Refund Terms:

  • Refund requests accepted within 14Β days of delivery

  • 25% restocking fee applies on eligible returned items

  • Custom orders canceled within 1 hour = 100% refund

  • Cancellations after 1 hour (if approved) = 75% refund or full store credit

  • After 1 hour: no refunds on custom products


πŸ“¦ Lost or Stolen Packages

Aurenzio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
Please file a claim with the shipping carrier if you didn’t receive your order despite delivery confirmation.

We recommend retrieving your package as soon as it’s delivered to avoid loss or theft.
