SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased from Aurenzio.

Aurenzio is committed to delivering all products in excellent condition to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

To ensure a smooth delivery, we kindly ask customers to provide an address where deliveries can be received during standard business hours.

For security reasons, Aurenzio may not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses and may reject orders if the recipient's identity or shipping address cannot be verified.


SHIPPING COSTS

  • Free shipping is available for all orders over $99.99 within the United States.

  • For international orders, shipping quotes will be provided. Please refer to the checkout page for exact shipping costs before completing your purchase.


SHIPPING TIMES

  • USA: Estimated delivery within 7–10 business days

  • International: Estimated delivery within 10–15 business days

  • Please note that products priced at $800 and above are typically made-to-order and not kept in stock.
    The production process usually takes 1–3 weeks, after which your order will be shipped and delivered to you.

Note: These are average estimates and may vary depending on location and courier performance.


CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other related charges imposed by their country. Please check your local regulations prior to placing an order, as Aurenzio cannot provide this information.


SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. This tracking number will allow you to follow your package's progress until delivery.


DELAYS

Aurenzio is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, customs clearance, or carrier-related issues. Please note that transit time does not include weekends or public holidays.


UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient’s absence, the package will typically be held at the nearest post office or courier facility. Customers are responsible for retrieving the package from that location.


INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Aurenzio is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please verify all shipping details before placing your order. We do not offer refunds in these cases. In certain cases, we may be able to send a replacement, but this is not guaranteed.


SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

To reduce the risk of loss or theft, we strongly recommend providing a secure delivery address, such as a home or place of employment. Aurenzio is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.


ORDER COMPLETION

Delivery is considered complete once the item is handed over to the courier and registered in their tracking system. At this point, ownership of the product transfers to the customer.
